1. Starting from September 2021, we will begin to enforce that banned users who mention this site or request invitations in public spaces will no longer be unblocked.
For more than two years, there has been very little discussion of this site in public spaces. In view of this situation, the first time someone unintentionally uses the data on this site to solicit invitations will be unblocked and given an 8-week warning depending on the consequences. If you do it again in the future, you will not be unblocked. Users who discuss this site in public spaces will still not be unblocked.
This rule will be implemented from January 2024.
