Shakira is set to release her first album in seven years.
The Colombian hitmaker has announced that she will release a new album entitled Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran on 22 March.
The forthcoming record is a follow-up to her 2017 album El Dorado.
"Making this body of work has been an alchemical process," Shakira, 47, said in a press release. "While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength."
According to the press release, the 16-track album will include seven previously released songs, such as Te Felicito and Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53.
The Hips Don't Lie singer first hinted at her upcoming album on Sunday when she posted a video on Instagram featuring clips from some of her previously released singles.
She simply captioned the post, "Stay tuned".
In September last year, Shakira opened up about being a musician while also being a single mother to her two sons, Milan and Sasha, who she shares with her ex-partner Gerard Piqué.
"The last time I released an album was six years ago. Now I can release music at a faster clip, although sometimes I think being a single mom and the rhythm of a pop star aren't compatible," she said at the time. "I have to put my kids to bed, go to the recording studio; everything is uphill."
