The spectacular goal scored by Salma Paralluelo, 19, in the extra time of the confrontation between Spain and Netherlands has managed to shoot Spain into the first ever semi-final of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in the history of the nation.

The match looked decided already; however, in football a one-goal difference is hardly considered a safe distance and it was Stefanie Van der Gragt who scored a late equalizing goal for the Dutch side. She was seen breaking into the penalty box and netting the goal in the stoppage time of 90+1minute.
After losing their one-goal lead despite dominating the Netherland front in the sphere of ball possession, the Spanish end didn’t look like they would go down that easy.
The Spanish battalion launched their joker card into the pitch, Salma Paralluelo. She became the youngest-ever player from Spain to play in the FIFA Women’s World Cup. As she stepped foot into the pitch, Paralluelo successfully managed to score a stunner in the 111th minute of the game, right before the dawn was about to break.
