New policy of blocking domestic ip
Dear members:
In order to ensure the security and privacy of the site, it is decided to add a policy of blocking domestic ip, which will take effect immediately after release.
Note:
listAt present, it is only required to log in and register online scientifically. Once the login is successful and the cookies are valid, it will not be restricted by this policy.
listSeeding and seeding are not restricted by the ip policy, and domestic ip clients can seed normally.
