Looks like the DNS for the tracker wasn't updated properly. Fixed now, but it may take a few hours for your client to realize that.
As for the downtime yesterday, this was poorly planned maintenance on our proxy (by our host). Technically we never went down, the front door just got moved. As a result we got a new IP address and had to update DNS, but we couldn't set that in motion until we got the new IP. They were meant to notify us once the new IP was decided, but they never did, so it took a few hours longer than necessary.
So in short, this wasn't a technical/stability issue, just annoying administrative stuff.
