This tracker has a 120 days of inactivity rule. They have a ratio requirement, calculated dynamically based on some rules and a formula, which is quite similar to UHDBits.
Bonus points for uploading a torrent are as follows:
400 points if it's a perfect FLAC
30 points for a non-perfect FLAC or an MP3 in one of the 'perfect' bitrates (CBR 320 & V0)
10 points for any torrent not falling into one of the categories above.
