• Post only about those sites that are closed most of the time and open their doors rarely, for a limited time. It's very important to mention the exact time of closure, if provided by the tracker.
• Don't post about trackers that are open most of the time.
• When a tracker closes, then it re-opens after a (very) short time, please post "Open again" in the thread (and, if possible, share the period of the new open signup) instead of creating a new thread.
• Before creating a thread, please check to see if someone has already created one for the same tracker for the same open signup period.
• Try to provide some additional info about the tracker, such as Stats (Members, Torrents, Seeders, Leechers etc...), language of the site etc.

This is very confusing for all the members who visit the section in search of the latest news on open trackers.
So, to keep things simple and provide the best info possible, from now on:

- Post signups only for sites that are closed most of the time and rarely open.

- Don't post signups for sites that are open most of the time
