• No, IPTV Smarters doesn’t contain any kind of media content. It is just a media player that gives the ability for users to watch their own content.
• It plays the m3u8 playlist, content from the web URL, and Local audio/ video files.

HOW TO INSTALL IPTV SMARTERS FOR ANDROID DEVICES AS IT'S NOT AVAILABLE ON THE PLAY STORE?
Yes, for now, it’s not available on the play store but you can download the APK file under “Download” Section and install it directly to your devices.
