Announcement on limiting reporting frequency and RSS frequency
1. Recently, it has been discovered that a large number of users frequently report to Tracker forcibly. Starting from November 15, 2024, the site will limit the minimum reporting frequency to 1 minute/time.
2. Some users’ RSS frequency is too high, and some even request dozens of times in one minute. From November 15, 2024, the site will limit the RSS frequency to a minimum of 5 minutes/time.
Tracker will return "[req too frequently] wait for seconds and try announce again" if reported multiple times within 1 minute;
Multiple requests to RSS within 5 minutes will return an empty list.
Users who frequently report and request RSS for multiple violations will receive warnings or have their accounts disabled.
