They have their own internal teams like HDF,HDZ ,HDZTV and other many encodes and releasses. There's no newbie assigment to pass anymore , which is a good thing. Their 2160p UHD Blu-ray HEVC TrueHD-DIY collection is pretty good.
H&R rules
-H&R rules only apply to Korean and Japanese resources.
-A torrent with H&R flag need to seed for 336 hours in 60 days or with a ratio of 1.Fail to meet this requirement,you will receive a H&R warning.
-Once your H&R reach 10,your account will be disabled.
-Use bonus to remove H&R,20000 bonus points can remove 1 H&R
-H&R flag automatically canceled after 60 days of release,download record before the H&R flag canceled is still detect,until qualified.
-H&R detection will be activated while start download,even if not completed.
-H&R detect once per 24 hours.
-Uploader or above calsses have permission to enable H&R.
-VIP and above classes are not limited by H&R rules
