Based on everyone’s suggestions and feedback, the following changes have been made compared to the original rules:
1. When the downloaded seed reaches 100%, H&R detection will be started.
2. The assessment time is 720 hours after the seed download is 100%, and it is required to maintain the seed for 72 hours or the single seed sharing rate reaches 1.
3. Each H&R record can be eliminated through 99999 magic.
