Modified torrent clients not allowed

We would like to remind everyone that using a modified client is not allowed on HDBits and will result in an immediate ban as cheater. This includes but is not limited to modifications that skew the ratio in your favour by artificially limiting the spread of pieces to the swarm from an initial seed.
