Example has kicked off 2025 in a major way by welcoming his third child.
The British musician, real name Elliot Gleave, revealed on Instagram on 1 January that he and his art advisor girlfriend Daisy Cox had welcomed their first child together, a son named Lucas, earlier than expected.
"Lucas Winter Cox Gleave Aka Lukey Baby... aka Gorge Lucas. 01.01.25," Example captioned the post. "Arrived 4 weeks ahead of schedule and he's absolutely perfect. Best NYD present ever. And no one gonna forget his birthday ever. Mummy and baby doing great."
The Kickstarts hitmaker, who now lives in Australia, shared a photo of the newborn, a close-up shot of the baby's fingers clutching his thumb, and a snap of him comforting Daisy as she lay on a hospital bed with Lucas on her chest.
Example also shares two sons - Evander, 10, and Ennio, seven - with his ex-wife, Australian model Erin McNaught.
The former couple announced in October 2022 that they had separated after 11 years together and nine years of marriage earlier that year. They insisted the split was amicable and they were "happily and effectively" co-parenting their boys.
Five months later, Example went public with his relationship with British art dealer Daisy, who later told the Daily Mail Australia that she had relocated to Brisbane to be with him.
Erin welcomed her third child with her boyfriend, Australian record producer Stace Cadet, in October. They called their son Obi.
