Database crash 2.0: The return of the killer database crash
Unfortunately we had another outage resulting from a crash of our database. We have recovered now and will be closely monitoring how the site and tracker behave.
This is the second similar incident in a relatively short time. Regrettably, we were unable to determine an exact underlying cause in both occurences. We expect there will be a planned maintenance in the near future to switch to a newer release of our database engine, in the hopes of resolving the problem, though admittedly that is a bit of a shot in the dark.
Once again, apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
