CzCore is an excellent Czech - No Ratio general tracker. There is none English interface but you can to use google translate for that. CzCore has excellent community, and many good torrents from all categories. It's hard to get an invite but it's worth the effort. The only condition to download torrents there, is to donate a certain amount of money for to be a VIP member and to enjoy in the download freely without thinking about the ratio.
