New Feature: Anonymous Uploads!
We are excited to introduce a new feature on BrokenStones: Anonymous Uploads. Our team is committed to making BrokenStones a more private and secure platform for uploading, and this new feature is a significant step in that direction.
With Anonymous Uploads, any uploader of a torrent can mark it as anonymous, either during the upload process or by editing the uploaded torrent later on. This ensures that your identity remains hidden, giving you greater peace of mind.
To further enhance our security measures, we have restricted access to site logs restricting log access to staff only with adjustments possible down the line. This will prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and help keep BrokenStones a safe and secure platform for all users.
If you are an RSS feed user, you may notice a change in the author of each torrent announcement. Going forward, our faithful bot StoneKeeper will replace usernames, which means that uploader information will no longer be leaked in RSS feeds.
