Internationally-acclaimed musician Yungblud took part in BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge in his hometown of Doncaster. His nostalgic performance took place at a local venue, where he actually had his first-ever gig 10 years ago.
The free intimate gig saw the singer perform his latest track, which was released this week, 'Happier' featuring Bring Me The Horizon's Oli Sykes. ‘Happier’ marks the second collaboration together following BMTH’s massive single ‘OBEY’ in 2020, and comes ahead of Yungblud joining the band on their Asia tour later this month, ahead of Yungblud’s own headline tour in the region.
As well as that track, Yungblud also sang a reimagined cover of 'Strangers' by Kenya Grace putting a rock twist on the dance hit. Friends and family came to watch him perform, and his beloved Nana even introduced his Live Lounge set on Radio 1.
