Troubleshooting of users with multiple IP addresses and multiple vests [Important Notice]

transition period from September 21st to 30th, try to use agents or all scientific Internet tools to log in to the site as little as possible. , to avoid multiple IPs being detected by the system.
2. For users with multiple IP addresses, users who received text messages on the site from October 1st to 30th, please provide auxiliary information for verification for review, otherwise it will be judged as multiple IP addresses.
3. For multi-IP users, users who received website shortcomings from October 31st to November 15th, and users who did not provide valid auxiliary information for verification and review, will have a permanent Little Red Riding Hood warning and disable upload and download permission reminders.
4. Multi-IP users, from November 15th to 30th, users who receive website shortcomings and do not provide valid auxiliary information for verification and review will be directly banned.
5. Multi-IP users, from December 1st to December 25th, the transition period for multi-IP users to appeal after being banned without providing supporting evidence.
6. From December 25th to 31st, all banned users will be permanently deleted from the system and ban list, and the ban list will be cleared [banned users will be permanently deleted from the system, performed once every 2 years].
