Notice on adjusting permissions for direct seed publishing
From now on, the permission to directly publish seeds will be adjusted to PowerUser and above. All users and below members need to go to the candidate area to be candidates, and can only be published after being reviewed by the management team. After 5 candidates pass, the seeds can be released directly. If there are problems with the directly released seeds without modification, the seed will be canceled for one week if the number reaches 5 or more.
