Review Group - Standards for judging dupes
In the release rules:
If a resource is officially released, except for suppression, no other resource versions with the same specifications will be accepted, even those released before will be deleted (such as streaming media with the same capture source and the same resolution, or even the same bit rate and size, will be considered as the same specification version)
Site inspection will regularly check whether there are duplicate resources in the site
The main goal is to check the dupe situation of the official UBWEB
