Take care of your RATIO and do not do Hit And Run:

RATIO per torrent: 0.6
Global RATIO: 0.6
Remove warning for low RATIO: 0.8
Minimum Seed time or sharing time: 72 hrs.
Last connection or Last Action: It must NOT exceed 24 hours.
