Due to the fact that many users download torrents just to make ratio, and after-hours stop seeding.
I know that many do that on large trackers, they have a lot of users, and nobody tells them anything.
This is a new tracker that is starting, so we can see all those hit & run.
Having said that.
The new rule: if you are going to download a torrent, be prepared to leave it for 2 weeks seeding or don't download it, from today everything you download will have to be seed 2 full weeks.
1) The ratio rules will only be applied to change the rank of users.
2) Hit & run will only obey Time = 2 weeks, no matter if your ratio in that torrent is 0.0 or 3.0
3) This applies to everyone.
This will be added to the rules.
