SCEA has filled a trademark for ‘A Million Ways to Die.’ While normally this would be an interesting tidbit of news that could signal an upcoming property, it could be quite immediate. Sony released a 17 second crptyic teaser today with the title “Watch HORROR REINVENTED ON PS4 at #PlayStationGC”
Considering the timing, it’s impossible to rule out that the two aren’t related. The trademark states that it is “video game software,” so we know if used it must be for a game. At least one thing is for sure: the property has no relation to the Seth MacFarlane’s similarly titled western comedy, “A Million Ways to Die in the West.” So at least we can all breath easily.
