Sinéad O'Connor reportedly instructed her children to "milk" her music "for what it's worth" in her will.
According to Irish probate records obtained by The Sun, the Nothing Compares 2 U star left her family $2.1 million (£1.7million), reduced to $1.7 million (£1.4 million) after debts, funeral costs, and legal fees, following her death in July 2023.
Sinéad's ex-husband, music producer John Reynolds, was named as the executor of the estate.
In addition, the singer-activist urged her children to "milk" sales of her music.
"My children can dispense my ashes as they see fit," the document reads. "I direct that after my death, and at the discretion of any of my children who are then over 18, my albums are to be released so as to 'milk it for what it's worth.'"
Sinéad, who signed the will before she converted to Islam in 2018, also requested to be dressed in priest clothing and buried with a Hebrew Bible and her 2007 album Theology when she passed.
The Dublin-born artist planned for her son Shane, who died at the age of 17 in 2022, to inherit her religious regalia, while she wanted youngest son Yeshua Bonadio, now 18, to receive her collection of guitars.
Sinéad was also mother to son Jake, 37, and daughter Roisin, 28.
Details of her U.K. estate have not been made public.
Representatives for Sinéad's family have not yet commented on the report about her Irish will.
The Drink Before the War singer died at her home in London at the age of 56.
Her cause of death was attributed to heart disease and asthma.
