Cassie Ventura has alleged Sean "Diddy" Combs kept "blackmail materials" against her.
Cassie Ventura has continued her day-two testimony against the rap impresario of his highly publicised sex-trafficking trial.
The former model was Combs' girlfriend between 2006 and 2018 and in her testimony, told jurors at Manhattan federal court she had been "controlled" by her ex.
"He controlled a lot of my life," Ventura, 38, said.
She also alleged Combs, 55, had introduced her to the concept of "Freak Offs", which she explained was the hiring of a male escort, "setting up this experience" and "performing" for Combs' enjoyment.
Combs, she alleged, referred to these encounters as "voyeurism" and repeatedly "forced" her to participate. The experiences left her in a state of "nervousness and confusion", she said.
Ventura also alleged Combs frequently recorded her encounters with male escorts on video and referred to the tapes as "blackmail materials".
In her opening remarks, Combs' defence lawyer claimed Ventura's failure to leave the relationship was proof she was not abused.
"She made a choice, every single day for years - a choice to stay with him, a choice to fight for him, because for 11 years, that was the better choice," attorney Teny Geragos told jurors.
She added that when Ventura did leave, she "ran into the arms of another man - a physical trainer Combs had hired to train her".
If convicted of all counts, Combs could face up to life in prison.
