FL again OFF

We thought we'd found the error, but apparently we were wrong.
We're shutting down the FL site but will leave the new FL torrents available.
We apologize for the problem and will continue to investigate.
There may certainly be some inconsistencies in the interface that FL reports, as we're investigating the issue.
