Paris Hilton has responded to "sick" comments about the size of her son's head.
The socialite and entrepreneur shared photos of her and her eight-month-old son, Phoenix Barron, on Instagram on Friday to celebrate the baby's first trip to New York City.
In the comments, many users criticised Phoenix's appearance or raised concerns about the size of his head, and a TikTok user created a video to address those "bullying babies".
Paris, 42, responded in the comments of the video and insisted that her baby is "perfectly healthy".
"There are some sick people in this world," she wrote alongside crying and unhappy face emojis. "My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain."
The TikTok user shared screengrabs of some of the comments and said in her video, "So now people have moved on to bullying a baby. A baby that most likely gets some of the best healthcare ever. I'm going to take a wild guess and say Paris Hilton has probably got her baby checked for any and everything... The world we live in has gotten sad. Leave Phoenix alone."
Paris and her husband Carter Reum welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in January.
