(Cover) - US Showbiz - Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd have settled their divorce.
The My Church hitmaker filed for divorce from her fellow country singer-songwriter after five years of marriage in October, and it has now been finalised.
In a "written marital dissolution agreement" obtained by The Blast, the former couple agreed to not pay each other any spousal support and to split their properties and assets in accordance with their prenuptial agreement.
They also agreed to have joint custody over their three-year-old son Hayes and to each spend 182.5 annually with him. Morris will have custody of Hayes on holidays that fall on even-numbered days while Hurd will have their son on odd-numbered holiday days.
The 33-year-old was ordered to pay Hurd $2,100 (£1,650) a month in child support based on their gross income.
They also agreed to "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced".
Morris addressed her split from Hurd on Howard Stern's SiriusXM show in December.
"I cut all the trauma out of my hair," she said of her new haircut. "I think this year has - for a lot of people, not just me - a lot of people that are close to me have gone through it. I've known so many people that have gone through breakups or divorces."
"It's ongoing..." she added of the divorce. "I would like this to sort of wrap up."
