First of all, Merry Christmas and happy holidays!!
As the year comes to an end, I want to sincerely thank everyone for being part of the tracker during these past few months. The growth, activity, and overall support so far have been amazing, especially for such a young tracker.
With the new year approaching, I wanted to share some important updates and changes across the site.
1. Group Updates
The user groups have received a full rework.
All group requirements were revised to make ranking up clearer and more accessible. Progression between groups should now feel more natural and less confusing. Additionally, every group now has a unique name instead of the placeholder ones.
Please note that these group changes are not final. Feedback is very welcome, so if you have suggestions or think something should be adjusted, feel free to post in the forums.
2. Rules & FAQ Updates
Both the Rules and FAQ have been completely revised.
Outdated or unclear entries were rewritten, and everything has been cleaned up for better readability. All rules and FAQ entries are now numbered, making them easier to reference and navigate.
I highly recommend that everyone takes a moment to read through them again.
3. Rule Enforcement (Ratio)
The rules currently state that the minimum required ratio is 0.4.
At the moment, this rule is not actively enforced, as the tracker is still relatively new. Any enforcement is still far off, but I wanted to mention this early so there are no surprises in the future.
There will always be notice before any major enforcement changes.
4. Freeleech Changes
The following Freeleech rules are now permanent:
All torrents that are 15 GiB or larger are automatically 100% Freeleech.
All Full Disc uploads are 100% Freeleech, regardless of size.
These changes are meant to encourage long-term seeding and make it easier to participate without excessive ratio pressure.
5. BON Economy Adjustments
Because of the group and Freeleech changes, the BON economy has also been updated.
BON earnings and exchange values have been rebalanced and should now feel more fair and rewarding. This will continue to be adjusted if necessary.
6. General Cleanup
Several pages across the site have been cleaned up and reorganized. This isn’t a major change, but things should feel more polished overall. Some sections may still receive updates later on.
