As announced during the Nintendo Direct, MINTROCKET is proud to bring the studio's critically acclaimed debut game Dave the Diver to the Nintendo Switch™ on October 26, 2023. The nautical adventure will be available digitally for $19.99, pre-orders are available on the eShop, alongside a free demo for players who want to test the waters now! Those who pre-order the game ahead of release will receive a bonus skin for Dave’s boat, plus an exclusive lamp decoration for the sushi restaurant. The skin adds a nostalgic 8-bit-themed design along the boat’s hull, while the lamp depicts Dave in this charming retro style!
Dave the Diver made a big splash with its PC launch, one that has turned into a massive tidal wave as players, critics, and creators alike all celebrate the charming and engaging deep-sea adventure. The title has earned an outstanding 90 Metacritic score and 89 OpenCritic score, along with over 50,000 player reviews while maintaining its “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating. All the excitement led to the game selling over a cumulative 1 million copies and, now, MINTROCKET is bringing the hit title to a new audience.
