Hellblade Unsheathes First Trailer
Fans of “Devil May Cry” may have a new game to test their skills. During Sony’s Gamescom presentation, Ninja Theory revealed their next project which seems to be a spiritual successor to DMC.
“Hellblade” is a new game from Ninja Theory, the developer of “DMC” and “Enslaved.” While the game looks like a Triple A title, Ninja Theory is doing something unique with this project. According to their Twitter feed they are looking to make a game that has the look and feel of a big budget game, “but will be smaller, lower priced, and delivered independently.” With the cost of games continuously on the rise, this is the sort of achievement many big studios dream of. It’ll be interesting to see how Ninja Theory approaches that challenge.
“Hellblade” will be a timed exclusive on the PS4, but we still don’t know for sure when it’ll hit the system. In the meantime, check out the trailer below. It’s real purty.
