2024.05.13 - H&R announcement for the whole site-20240513-V1.0
Based on everyone’s suggestions, the following changes have been made compared to the original rules:
1. When the downloaded seed reaches 30%, H&R detection will be started.
2. The assessment time starts from 480 hours after H&R is started, which is the 20 days recommended by everyone.
3. Each H&R record can be eliminated with 150,000 magic powers.
H&R new rules:
1. Currently, all seeds will be set by H&R.
2. The assessment time is 480 hours after 30% of the seed is downloaded, and it is required to maintain the seed for 72 hours or the single seed sharing rate reaches 3. The assessment time is set longer to ensure that netizens who cannot turn on the computer for a long time can also complete the standards.
3. Each member starts with 10 HP points. Once a seed is recorded as a "violation" by the system, 1 HP point will be deducted from the member at one time.
4. Each seed that fails to complete the HR seed protection time requirement will be counted as 1 seed. If the total exceeds 10, it will be automatically banned by the system.
5. Working groups and VIPs can be exempted from H&R.
