Transmission 4.0.6 blacklisted
We temporarily blacklisted Transmission 4.0.6 because there is a bug in libcurl 8.9.1 which Transmission uses. It manifests by creating duplicate peers when announcing again and again. The problem isn't in Transmission itself but in the curl library, chances are that those who update to latest versions quickly also are on this broken library, so we temporarily blacklisted 4.0.6. The issue was already fixed in new version of curl so we will remove the blacklisting in a few weeks, and other measures to prevent server instability were implemented.
