Requirements:
1. The actual number of seed producers shall not exceed 5.
2. Each person can submit a maximum of one link per day, and VIP can submit 3 links.
3. Tentatively deduct 10W of magic power from the applicant for each pinned link.
4. The total number of pinned seeds is at most 15. The pinned time depends on whether it can be downloaded at normal speed. The time is not fixed.
5. If too many links are submitted every day, the processing will be delayed in order.
6. The submitted link is required to be downloaded by at least 1 person. Links with 0 downloads will be directly ignored.
7. It may be adjusted later depending on the specific situation, and this post shall prevail.
