1. The third-level top seeds marked with H3 and H5 are all HR seeds.
2. When the HR seed download rate is greater than or equal to 50%, the specified seed preservation time must be completed. H3 requires that the seed preservation time must reach 72 hours within 20 days after downloading, and H5 requires that the seed preservation time must reach 120 hours within 20 days after downloading.
3. If the HR seed does not meet the requirements, one HP point will be deducted. When the HP point is 0, the account will enter the download restricted mode and lose the download permission.
4. The initial value of HP, i.e. the upper limit, is 5. Accounts with an HP value of 0 or less than 0 will lose download privileges and will be automatically banned by the system if they are not converted to regular accounts within 20 days.
5. All members with the yellow star mark and VIP members (within the validity period) are exempt from HR statistics.
