Account retention rules (mass messaging)
1. Extreme User and above users are not subject to the rules for regular site access, and their accounts are retained forever;
2. Elite User and above users will not be blocked after sealing their accounts (in the control panel);
3. Users who have sealed their accounts will have their accounts blocked if they do not log in for 150 consecutive days;
4. Users who have not sealed their accounts will have their accounts blocked if they do not log in for 90 consecutive days;
5. Users with no traffic (i.e., upload/download data are all 0) will have their accounts blocked if they do not log in for 14 consecutive days.
6. If a blocked account does not log in for 200 consecutive days, it will be completely physically deleted from the database.
The above rules will be updated and implemented on September 30, 2024!
