Update of website upload speed limit rules 20241212
The website limits the upload speed to 25 MByte/S (the system will automatically block the account if it exceeds 100 MByte/S), and there is no limit on downloads.
If the upload speed exceeds 100 MByte/S and the system automatically blocks the account, the upload amount will be halved to unblock it.
If you use a box or the network speed is greater than 25 MByte/S, please pay attention to limiting the upload speed. If the upload speed of non-publishers exceeds 25 MByte/S,
3 times the reported upload amount will be deducted. For example, if the current reported data is 96.26 GB @ 28.42 MB/s (reported upload amount @ upload speed),
then reduce its upload amount by 96.26*3=288.78G.
