Britney Spears has called her single life "awesome," amid rumours she's rekindled her romance with ex boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz.
In a caption accompanying an Instagram post of her dancing, the singer wrote that she is a "hopeless romantic understanding that being single is awesome."
Paul and Britney dated for a short time in September last year. The pair met when he worked as a housekeeper for the star in late 2022, and were rumoured to be "getting close" as she split from husband Sam Asghari in August 2023.
It was reported the pair split after Britney learned of Paul's criminal past; a conviction in connection of felony firearm possession in 2020.
At the time, a source revealed, "Britney hooked up with him twice and, at the time, (she) did not know about his criminal past. She no longer has any communication with him."
Despite Britney's recent post, sources told US Weekly that "Britney and Paul are definitely together," confirming that Paul is "still in the picture," and spends "two or three nights a week" at her place. "She doesn’t like it when he leaves."
