Your Clients Trackers Tab.
We have had quite a few members submit enquiries with staff regarding the status of their accounts as they haven't been able to download.
Every case has been the result of using a banned client with the tracker automatically blocking the client. Changing to one of the approved clients will result in much success.
If your downloads stop or go kapoot! Please check your clients' trackers status tab. This should be the first place you look so that you read the status of the tracker. If you are using a banned client the trackers tab will display a message. The trackers tab is generally located at the bottom of your client along with the general, file, info, peers tabs. You may have a few more or less.
If your downloads have been blocked the tracker will tell you why in the trackers tab. Please familiarise yourself with your client and the information it provides. Every client has a trackers tab.

Please refrain from sending staff messages until you have checked your trackers tab as we will need you to provide the message that is displayed in order to help you.

**NEW UPDATED LIST** of what clients are approved so that if you were using any of the banned clients you have a few options below. NOTE: Just because its not in the list at the moment doesn't mean its not approved, just don't go using some funky client that's going to cause you to be flagged as a cheater and please don't use mobile phone clients.
