Adele revealed she's "desperate" for another child during her show in Las Vegas over the weekend.
The Rolling in the Deep hitmaker made the admission during her Weekends with Adele residency on Saturday after she spotted the doctor who delivered her son Angelo in the audience.
"Oh my god, Colin! Oh my god! This is my doctor that gave birth to my baby!" she said through tears. "I took a double look and he's here. I'm desperate for another baby, Colin, b**ody hell, so I might give you a call.
"My son turned 11 a couple of weeks ago and he's not a baby anymore, it's crazy."
The British singer later joked to the audience, "I don't want everyone to know who has seen inside my insides!"
According to reports, Adele paused her song When We Were Young after she spotted Colin in the audience, burst into tears and rushed into the crowd to give him a hug. She was dressed as Morticia Addams from The Addams Family for the special Halloween show.
Adele, who shares Angelo with her ex-husband Simon Konecki, has been open about her desire to have more children.
During one of her Las Vegas shows in August, she told a fan, "Well I really want to be a mum again soon so I have actually been writing a list (of baby names). Every time I see a name that I like, I write it down on my phone."
Adele is currently dating sports agent Rich Paul.
