fix: blackjack
1.When the game is abandoned by the dealer, the player wins by forfeit, no matter the card count of either player
2.When the game is abandoned by the player, the player's turn is marked as complete
3.The game is considered abandoned 1 hour after last activity
fix: table row sizing in light template, browse and other pages
update: removed 'Virtual Voice' narrated audiobooks from 'Coming Soon' pages
